At Credit Suisse’s aual general meeting, shareholders will voice their opinion on the CHF14.3 million share package awarded to new CEO Tidjane Thiam to compensate for loss of bonuses he would have received from his old company Prudential. The Swiss National Bank will also answer to shareholders a day after producing interim first quarter results. Shareholders have seen their dividend drastically cut in recent years.
